Shipping Policy

 Duties and Taxes

  1. United States and Canada
    Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out based on the county/city/state/province of the shipping address.
  2. United Kingdom
    All items shipping to the UK include VAT and duties in the item price. There are no additional fees upon delivery.
  3. Australia
    Duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. There are no additional fees upon delivery.
  4. Countries within the European Union
    All items shipping to countries within the EU include VAT and duties in the item price. There are no additional fees upon delivery.
  5. Everywhere Else
    Shipments may be subject to additional duties and taxes upon delivery, which the recipient is responsible for paying. Please note that our company does not have any control over these charges and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please be advised that the duties and taxes paid upon delivery are non-refundable

 

Shipping methods that we offer within the 48 Contiguous United States

is Economy with speed of 5-7 Business Days.

 

Note: Delivery speed is highly dependent upon the eventual delivery location and its’ proximity to our two US based warehouses. All orders placed before 8:00 AM CST will ship the same business day, while those placed on the weekend or after 8:00 AM CST ship the following business day.

Presently, Trigmate ships to most locations world wide. You may easily select your country on our checkout to be automatically directed to the right place to order from. If you do not see your country listed, email learn@trigmate.com and we will try our best to make arrangements.

 

International packages are subject to shipping, duties and taxes charges, all of which the customer will be responsible for paying.

The cost of international shipping is calculated based on the weight and destination of the package being sent. Duties are based on the value of the item(s) that are purchased and are set by the local government. Discounts cannot be applied to duties and taxes.

Yes, we ship to Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO) and Diplomatic Post Office (DPO). To ensure that we have all of the information needed to ship your order, here are a few useful tips:

  • Include the type of address, e.g. Postal Service Center (PSC) Community Mail Room (CMR), etc. along with the corresponding number of that address.
  • The post office type, APO, FPO or DPO should be listed as the “city”.
  • The “state” will be either AA, AE or AP.

A properly formatted sample address might look like the following:

Shipping costs vary based on your order destination. You will see the amount (in your currency) as you progress through the checkout process and prior to payment.

  • Canada - $9.99 - $14.99 CAD (depending on location)
